Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure seamless operations, high availability, and optimal performance.
  


• Proficient in handling version upgrades, patch management, and overseeing the complete product lifecycle—from deployment through to decommissioning.
  


• Demonstrated success in setting up and leading a CoE, including the development of governance models, process frameworks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  


• Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to define strategic direction, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver results in complex and dynamic environments.
