Job Summary

We are hiring both Junior and Senior Building Engineers to support and lead execution of large-scale high-rise and hospitality projects. Candidates will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities


• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule


• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors


• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at site


• Manage materials, manpower, and resources effectively


• Track progress and maintain site reports


• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution

Experience Requirements

Junior Engineers:

• 3–5 years of experience in building construction


• Good understanding of RCC and finishing works


• Ability to handle site execution with guidance

Senior Engineers:

• 8–12 years of experience in high-rise / commercial / hotel projects


• Strong expertise in RCC, finishing, and site management


• Ability to independently handle project execution and lead teams

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise structures and basement construction


• Knowledge of construction planning and execution


• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting tools


• Strong communication and team management skills
