Business Account Executive

The job roles and responsibilities are,

➤ Manage and grow assigned restaurant and takeaway partner accounts.


➤ Build and maintain strong client relationships through Calls, Outbound Engagement,and WhatsApp communication.


➤ Execute social media marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, and GoogleMy Business (GMB).


➤ Support clients with promotional content including posters, reels, and short -formvideos.


➤ Review account and menu performance to identify growth opportunities and business improvements.


➤ Drive order growth through engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns.


➤ Ensure timely follow -ups, KPI achievement, and SLA adherence.


➤ Support partners with account -related queries, issue handling, and growth strategies

➤ Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain consistent engagement.Eligibility Criteria


➤ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Account Management OR Client Success, andDigital Marketing.


➤ Experience in social media marketing or promotional campaigns preferred.


➤ Experience in Canva, GMB, and digital content creation is preferred
