Business Analysis Advisor

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements with defined acceptance criteria. Identify testing areas, including functional, non-functional, UI, and regression scenarios. Design detailed test cases for Functional, UI, and Regression testing activities. Execute test cases, document results, and report defects with clarity and accuracy. Track, follow up, and drive defect resolution to closure across teams. Maintain end-to-end traceability using project management and lifecycle tools. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are accurately represented. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth handover of deliverables. Possess expert-level knowledge in Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management.
