Business Analyst

Looking for a passionate, energetic, and self-driven candidate with 3 - 5 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst who can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. They should have worked in a SaaS Product Company and are comfortable working in different time zones when required.  

They are someone who is currently living in Tamil Nadu/Kerala and can start immediately or have 15-30 days notice period.  

Job Responsibilities:  

• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirement  

• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to Senior Management and Clients  

• Acting as a liaison between Client and Internal teams  

• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process  

• Preparing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Specifications  

• Prepare Mockups and prototypes  

• Review and handover the releases and conduct UAT with the clients  

Mandatory Requirements:  

• Exhibit good analytical and logical reasoning  

• Experience in Agile Methodology 

• Proficiency in using BA tools and software 

• Experience working in a Product Company (SaaS Product)  

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Products  

Preferred Requirements:  

• B.E./B.Tech. - CSE, IT or ECE   

• Flexible to work on client time zone

• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

• 3-5 years of experience   

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
