Job Description - Business Analyst

Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst in the Education Industry, you will gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance educational experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders (educators, administrators).
Provide actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform decision-making and improve educational processes.
Identify and propose solutions to improve educational processes, curriculum delivery, and student engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure smooth communication.
Assist in selecting and implementing educational technologies and platforms.
Support change management and user adoption.

Qualifications:

IIT Mandatory.
2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in education.
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and educational systems (LMS, SIS).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
