Job Description - Business Analyst

Evaluating Business Processes, Anticipating Requirement, Uncovering areas of Improvement, Developing and Implementing Solutions
Lead reviews of Business Process and developing optimization Strategies
Staying up-to-date on the latest Process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Performing Requirement Analysis
Conduct Meeting and Presentations
Documenting and Communicating the Findings
Gathering critical information from meetings with various Stakeholders and producing useful Reports
Effectively communicating Plan to cross-functional team members and Management
Working closely with Clients, Managerial Staff and Technical Team
Providing Leadership, Coaching, Training to junior Staff
Ensuring Solution meets Business needs and Requirement
Performing User Acceptance Testing
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Fundamental Analytical and Conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication and Documentation skills
Posses a clean track record of following through on commitments
Excellent Planning, Organizational and Time Management skills
Experience in leading and developing top performing teams
A history of leading and supporting successful teams
Must possess a valid B1 USA
Willing to make international travel at short notice
