Job Description - Business Analyst



  • Evaluating Business Processes, Anticipating Requirement, Uncovering areas of Improvement, Developing and Implementing Solutions
  • Lead reviews of Business Process and developing optimization Strategies
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest Process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Performing Requirement Analysis
  • Conduct Meeting and Presentations
  • Documenting and Communicating the Findings
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various Stakeholders and producing useful Reports
  • Effectively communicating Plan to cross-functional team members and Management
  • Working closely with Clients, Managerial Staff and Technical Team
  • Providing Leadership, Coaching, Training to junior Staff
  • Ensuring Solution meets Business needs and Requirement
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing
  • A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fundamental Analytical and Conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and Documentation skills
  • Posses a clean track record of following through on commitments
  • Excellent Planning, Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Experience in leading and developing top performing teams
  • A history of leading and supporting successful teams
  • Must possess a valid B1 USA
  • Willing to make international travel at short notice
