As a Business Analyst, your mission is to bridge the gap
between business needs and the development team's execution, ensuring strategic
alignment and high -quality delivery.

• Requirements
  Management:
  
• Coordinate with the
  team on requirements definition, clarification, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Work closely with
  Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders, and
  other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  
• Act as the Subject
  Matter Expert for the assigned area.
  
• Planning &
  Reporting:
  
• Assist in tracking the
  execution of features and capabilities.
  
• Prepare capacity plans
  and highlight execution risks to customers and stakeholders.
  
• Work and prepare
  periodic reports and burn -down charts to track progress.
  
• Provides transparency
  and radiates status to all relevant stakeholders (e.g., RTE / Lean
  Portfolio Management (LPM)).
  
• Quality &
  Expertise:
  
• Fosters the
  preparation of Vision and Backlogs, ensuring they are ready for Sprint/PI
  planning.
  
• Adhere to and foster
  built -in quality practices.
  
• Advise and mentor more
  junior team members to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness.

What we expect from
you?

·         You have
a Computer Science Engineering qualification (B. E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a
reputed university.

·         5 -8 years
of experience is similar role.

·         You are
passionate about Embedded systems, Controllers, IoT, IIoT and Modern web
applications.

·         Experience
in working in Agile/Scrum teams and following agile process.

·         Knowledge
and experience with tools like Azure DevOps and/or Jira for requirements
tracking and reporting
