Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented and hard working Business Analyst ,who can help us to understand the documentation part of every project of us.

• Requirement Gathering - Understanding of client's requirements and business process..Co-ordination with design and development team.
  


• Good writing and communication skills.
  


•  Analyze client's business requirements & processes through document analysis & workflow analysis.
  


•  Provide input into developing & modifying the system to meet client needs.
  


• Responsible for creation of SRS, BRD, FRD.
  


•  Helping hand in the creation of Proposals.
  


•  Good knowledge of Gap Analysis.
  


• Conducting meeting to keep track of the ongoing project'
  


• Performing manual testing to ensure the software is flawless.
  


• Identify & reconcile errors to ensure accurate business requirements.
  

Requirements

• Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions before deployment.
  


• Proficient in both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
  


• Exposure in ERP/CRM domain.
  


• Experience in communicating with Client and handling their queries and concerns.
  


• Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and also work with minimal supervision.
  


• Excellent communication skills with experience as a coordinator between client and offshore team.
