Role : Business Analyst

Experience –  2-5 Years

Responsibilities –

• Requirement gathering & analysis by actively soliciting, analyzing customer requirements and prepared the requirements specification document for the application using Microsoft word.
• Creating business process documentation for mobility and portal applications.
• Creating Concise requirement documentation (FSD, SRS) , including Wireframes , Use cases & Preparing user stories
• Work with Client’s Project Managers, Client’s Development team leads, and Project stakeholders to elaborate and validates business and Functional Requirements.
• Updated requirement document as per business user feedback and changes in the functionality of the application.
• Define acceptance Criteria with Project lead and the development team
• Analyzing the change request (CM) and coordinating the changes required with the development team.
• Participating in Release Management task including documentation reviews, Support development & testing team during development
• Direct efforts to develop customer relationship at the time of pre sales

Required Skills –

• Should have 2+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or delivery manager
• Strong analytical and  Problem solving skills
• Working knowledge in  any Modeling Tools like  MS Visio will be a plus
• Knowledge of programming languages like PHP 5, SQL, HTML, XHTML will be a plus

• Strong client interaction skills , Leadership Qualities,  Team Management
• Business Analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Working knowledge in axure, balsamiq, Microsoft visio will be a plus
