Business Analyst

Position Summary:

Finkraft.ai is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

Problem Solving and Process Improvement:

Analyze complex problems to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and recommend improvements.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

Perform data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.

Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings.

Understanding SaaS and FinTech Trends:

Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in SaaS and FinTech.

Leverage industry knowledge to propose innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates for stakeholders.

Project Support:

Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.

Track project progress, identify risks, and help ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in a business analyst role or a similar position.

Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.

Proficiency in tools such as:

Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

SQL Querying and NoSQL databases.

Data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written).

Proven experience in data analysis and visualization techniques.

Ability to solve complex problems and think strategically.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SaaS and FinTech ecosystems.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Added Advantage).

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic programming concepts (Added Advantage).

Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
