Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail -oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the successful implementation of business solutions. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.
  
• Collaborate with clients, management, developers, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Analyze business data and generate insights to support decision -making.
  
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met.
  
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  
• Assist in developing business cases, project plans, and feasibility studies.
  
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  
• Support change management and process optimization initiatives.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
  

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  
• MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.
