Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  




• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
  




• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business decisions
  




• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend data-driven improvements
  




• Work with cross-functional teams including IT, product, sales, and operations
  




• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  




• Support project planning, execution, and change management efforts
  




• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
  

Requirements

• Bacgelor's/ Master's degree in(Business Analytics) Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  




• Proven experience (minimum 1year) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  




• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  




• Knowledge of business process modeling, project management tools, and documentation techniques
