Job Title: Consultant – Supply Chain & AI Analytics

About the Role

The Consultant is a techno-functional professional
responsible for supporting digital transformation, supply chain optimization,
and AI-enabled initiatives through business analysis, advanced data analytics,
and effective stakeholder management. Working as a Consultants  this role
bridges the gap between raw data, supply chain operations, and executive
decision-making.

The ideal candidate possesses an engineering or statistics
background, strong quantitative skills, and a passion for turning complex
datasets into compelling visual stories. You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional stakeholders, analyze end-to-end supply chain and inventory
data, and leverage modern GenAI tools (like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude) to
accelerate daily delivery, build executive-ready presentations, and drive
actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Inventory Analytics

• Analyze
  supply chain and inventory datasets (e.g., stock levels, lead times,
  safety stock, demand forecasts, turnover rates, order fulfillment) to
  identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  
• Perform
  root-cause analysis on operational metrics and translate technical
  findings into business implications.
  
• Design,
  build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using analytical
  tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  

2. Data Storytelling & Executive Communication

• Translate
  complex data and analytical outputs into clear, impactful visual charts,
  graphs, and narrative-driven presentations for senior leadership and
  executive stakeholders.
  
• Conduct
  stakeholder workshops and discussions to understand business challenges,
  refine requirements, and present data-backed solutions.
  
• Craft
  structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement
  Documents (FRDs), user stories, and data dictionaries.
  

3. AI-Powered Productivity & Innovation

• Actively
  utilize Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude,
  etc.) to streamline daily workflows—including rapid prototyping,
  documentation generation, data synthesis, query writing, and presentation
  structuring.
  
• Support
  validating business logic and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Stay
  up-to-date with emerging GenAI, analytics, and supply chain automation
  capabilities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Experience: 3–5 years of experience in
Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, or Technology
Consulting.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics,
  Electrical, Instrumentation), Statistics, Operations Research, Supply
  Chain, Inventory and Production Management, Data Analytics, or a
  related quantitative discipline.
  
• Domain
  Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental supply chain and
  inventory optimization concepts (e.g., Reorder Point, Safety Stock, EOQ,
  ABC/XYZ Analysis, Lead Time variability, Demand Forecasting basics).
  
• AI
  & Modern Workflow: Hands-on experience or high proficiency using GenAI
  tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for insight generation, analytical
  ideation, text drafting, and slide structuring.
  
• Communication
  & Presentation: Exceptional verbal, written, and visual
  communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present insights
  clearly to top management executives.
