Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis , with at least 3 years of experience in a rating agency . The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing businesses, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document the business requirements and processes.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Formulate ways for business to improve, based on previous research and data analysed
• Develop and maintain detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals and objectives.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
• Monitor and track the performance of implemented solutions to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and defence manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in the defense manufacturing industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a rating agency.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of defence manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with defence industry standards and compliance.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and modelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
