1. Data Analysis & Reporting :

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to loyalty and rewards programs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track program performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve customer engagement

2. Requirements Gathering :

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for loyalty and rewards initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

3. Program Evaluation :

• Evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty and rewards programs through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Provide recommendations for program enhancements based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our programs against industry standards.

4. Project Management :

• Assist in the planning and execution of loyalty and rewards projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and IT.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

5. Stakeholder Communication :

• Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss business needs and solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our loyalty and rewards programs by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure our loyalty initiatives drive customer engagement and satisfaction. 

Skills & Qualifications :

•  Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0-1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience or knowledge of Figma and well versed with Powerpoint
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
