Business Analyst

Must have 8+ years of experience in the finance industry as a business Analyst with relevant.

· Strong experience in agile methodology is an absolute must.

· Solid experience in having developed user stories and acceptance criteria is essential.

· In-depth experience in coming with up test plans, test strategies, test cases and control sets for testing purposes.

· Ability to translate business requirements into technology specific actions

· Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects

· Knowledge of Bank loan products will be a significant plus

· Excellent Oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work closely and productively with cross cultural teams, spread across geographies and time zones.

BA specific

· Strong working knowledge of agile framework

· CBAP certification will be a big plus.

· The following skills are absolutely essential:

o Analytical thinking and problem solving

o Well organized and ethical

o Commercial lending domain cycle, concepts and processes with full life-cycle implementation experience using any of the off-the-shelf products or custom development

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders

o Facilitation, Negotiation, Leadership and Influencing skills

o Good working knowledge of Querying Language like SQL, advanced Excel skills

· Must have worked on different types of requirements and has a very strong knowledge of how requirements are elicited, documented and elaborated.

· Having worked on ADO will be a big plus.

Ability to work directly with clients and management independently and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus
