Position Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Need to work as a Business Analyst (Treasury Market Domain) in one or more Banking implementation projects.
2. Collaborate with business unit to elicit and review business requirement and translate user requirement and analysis into technical requirements, and solutions to meet objective.
3. Business requirements gathering from clients stakeholders-including current state to be state, traceability, high level business solution.
4. Support roadmap, planning and design stages of project deliveries. Perform detailed gap analysis(as is and to be) of financial data and providing financial recommendations.
5. Designing functional solutions& user workflows and documenting functional specifications. Developing UAT scope and approach and providing guidance to testing team in writing test Scenarios /Cases.
6. Work closely with end user on their needs and identify opportunities for process improvement and aligning it with business requirement.
7. Participate in testing and work with technical team to resolve bugs and retesting for failed tests and training sessions to users
8. Participate in other system rollout phases training, production go live verification, etc.
9. Support training materials preparation and updates relevant operating procedures and or other documentation and other project related ad-hoc duties assigned.

Mandatory skills:

• Excellent business communication skills with technical proficiency and exposure in banking.
• Understanding of general banking and work experience in banking industry.
• Good knowledge of treasury management processes(FO,MO,BO ) and financial market software.
• Extensive knowledge of market data feeds( Equity, Bonds, RX rates)
• Extensive knowledge of project lifecycle (scrum agile, SDLC) and experience in functional and technical specification.
• Expertise in process mapping , analysis and optimization.
• Possess strong experience in Core Banking products in one or more of the areas including deposit, treasury ,Gl, payments) and should have ability to individually work on implementation projects as business analyst.
• Experience of working with people from different geographies (actual international experience is not mandatory but working interacting with people from different geographies is needed.
• End to end banking implementation and transformation experience preferred (not mandatory)
• ISO20022 knowledge preferred (not mandatory)
• Agile/Scrum experience is highly preferred.

Qualification:- MEA/MCA/BE/BTech or equivalent with banking industry

Experience:- Between 5 to 12yrs experience
