Job Description: Business Analyst – ADM

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain Management to understand business requirements, analyze operational processes, and drive process improvements. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to identify business needs, streamline supply chain operations, and support the implementation of effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain Management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order management processes.
- Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flow diagrams.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis, querying, reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making within supply chain operations.
- Support system implementation, testing, UAT, and change management activities.
- Monitor supply chain processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process mapping.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to ERP or Supply Chain Management tools such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
