Business Analyst - Agile Methodologies

Job Description :We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with Corporate Tax experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance our tax-related operations.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze and document business requirements related to corporate tax processes.- Collaborate with tax professionals, finance teams, and IT to identify and implement improvements to tax systems and processes.- Conduct detailed analysis of tax data, financial statements, and tax returns to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.- Develop and maintain tax-related reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making.- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of tax software and systems.- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.- Provide support for tax audits and inquiries by preparing and organizing documentation.- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.- Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on new systems and processes.- Stay updated with the latest tax regulations, industry trends, and best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- [3-6] years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on corporate tax.- Strong understanding of corporate tax principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.- Experience with tax software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Vertex, OneSource).- Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Preferred Qualifications :- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CBAP).- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).What We Offer :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.- Professional development and growth opportunities.
