Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Agile Scrum Master with a strong background in agile methodologies and proven expertise in driving high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results as well as drive data-driven decision-making and bridge the gap between business and technology. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, data analytics, and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop insights that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Business Analysis:
  

• Agile Scrum Master: 
  

Collaboration & Communication: 

1. Training: Educate business users on Power BI functionalities and self-service capabilities. 
   
2. Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, IT teams, and management for seamless project execution. 
   
3. Presentation: Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. 
   

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

1. Educational Background: 
   
   1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
      
2. Business Analysis Skills: 
   
   1. Knowledge of business process mapping and optimization. 
      
   2. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
      
3. Soft Skills: 
   
   1. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
      
   2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
      
   3. Stakeholder management and negotiation skills. 
      

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred. 
   
2. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies. 
   
3. Prior experience in the investment banking domain. 
   
4. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
