As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements,analyse financial workflows, and assist in implementing ERP solutions, primarily within the Zoho ecosystem. The role offers excellent exposure to consulting, ERP implementation, process improvement, and digital transformation across multiple industries.
EDUCATION
CMA Qualified
B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong understanding of Accounting and Costing principles.
Good analytical and logical thinking ability.
Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to interact confidently with clients.
Problem -solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, etc.)
Financial reporting
Inventory Management
Procurement & Supply Chain
GST and Indian Accounting Practices
Basic SQL knowledge (Preferred)

We are looking for an analytical and business -oriented CMA professional who is passionate about finance, technology,
and consulting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand client business processes and financial operations.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), SOPs, and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze existing accounting, inventory, procurement, and operational workflows.
- Suggest process improvements and ERP automation opportunities.
- Work closely with implementation consultants and developers to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, migration validation,and testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client training.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports whenever required.
- Assist in post -go -live support and issue resolution.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in: - Business Analysis - Finance or Accounting - ERP Consulting - MIS Reporting - Process
Improvement - Internal Audit (Preferred)
Freshers with exceptional analytical skills and relevant internships may also be considered.
