We are hiring experienced Business Analysts with strong expertise in the Insurance Domain for a leading organization. If you have hands -on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, reporting, analytics, and data -driven transformation projects, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and requirement documentation
Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
Hands -on experience with Salesforce
Experience with QlikView / Qlik Sense for analytics & reporting
Strong understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
Experience working in Insurance Domain projects
Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into analytical specifications

Technical Skills Required:

• SQL, DBT, and Snowflake

• Qlik (QlikView / Qlik Sense)

• Data Analysis & Querying

• Data Modelling & Metrics Logic

• ETL / ELT Concepts

• Data Warehousing & Data Lakes

• Process Documentation & Data Dictionaries
