Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role – preferably within a D2C brand

Reports to: Head of Department (HOD)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated, standardized analytical tools—such as interactive dashboards—to empower stakeholders in identifying business opportunities and driving data-informed decisions.


• Analyze web and app traffic data to pinpoint areas for optimization and growth across digital platforms.


• Support cross-functional teams in analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and building dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring.


• Collaborate with departments including Retail, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to unify data sources and develop actionable dashboards that support strategic decision-making.


• Ensure data integrity throughout the collection and processing lifecycle by conducting data profiling and addressing anomalies proactively.


• Investigate root causes of business challenges and deliver solutions that go beyond surface-level insights.


• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear, data-driven storytelling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (or equivalent) to analyze web/app traffic and user behavior.


• Hands-on experience extracting and integrating data from performance marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and building relevant dashboards.


• Strong ability to consolidate data from multiple sources into centralized, actionable reporting systems.


• Advanced proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau); familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python is a strong plus.


• A genuine passion for the fashion and apparel industry.


• Willingness to engage directly with raw data to define meaningful checkpoints and ensure analytical rigor.


• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
