Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Analyst mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed. As a mentor, you will guide, support, and inspire our mentees, sharing your expertise and providing practical advise to help them navigate their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship: Provide one-on-one and group mentorship sessions on business analysis and project management to the trainee of IBMP course.
• Training & Development: Develop and upgrade training materials, workshops, and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of mentees.
• Career Guidance: Assist mentees in setting career goals, developing career plans, and preparing for job interviews.
• Skill Assessment: Evaluate mentees’ skills and competencies, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas of improvement.
• Networking: Facilitate networking opportunities for mentees within the business analysis community and connect them with industry professionals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in business analytics and incorporate them into mentorship programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A genuine desire to help others succeed through mentorship.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
