· Minimum 5 years of experience as a
Business Analyst, including 2+ years on MuleSoft or integration projects.
· Strong understanding of APIs,
RESTful services, JSON/XML, and integration patterns.
· Experience in writing user stories,
functional specs, and system design documents.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
· Proficiency in tools such as JIRA,
Confluence, Visio, Postman, and Swagger.
· Excellent communication,
documentation, and interpersonal skills.
