⢠Problem analytical skills, problem solving skills and capacity to work independently as well as in team.
⢠Proficiency attained in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
⢠Significant and demonstrable experience in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
⢠Strong exposure/ proficiency to requirements gathering in Insurance, P&C or reinsurance domain with primarily US Clients with at least 2 years of experience.
Requirements
Exposure to IT industry and understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). Should have some experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to BA tools (MS-Office, Dev Ops, JIRA, Prototyping/Flowchart tools, etc.) Insurance domain (P&C) experience. (Understanding of US markets and products is an added advantage). Experience of managing international (US/European) clients is an added advantage. Additional Skills: Strong communication (fluency in written and verbal communication in English). Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking. Capacity to work independently as well as in team.
