Business Analyst (Pre-Sales)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with our sales and technical teams to develop solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with the sales team to understand the customer requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs

·      Engage with clients during the Discovery process to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and recommend best-fit solutions

·      Must have proven experience to create - BRD, FRD, PRD, FSD, User Acceptance criteria, user stories.

·      Act as a techno-functional expert during client meetings

·      Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle

·      Conduct presentations to showcase our services to prospective clients

·      Develop and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that effectively communicate our value proposition

·      Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation phase

·      Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market

·      Candidate must have hands-on : Confluence, Jira, MS World, MS Excel.

Requirements:

·      Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within the IT services industry with exposure to building custom solutions across some of the domains like BFSI/Retail/Healthcare/Manufacturing/Logistics

·      Familiarity with enterprise software solutions such as ERP, CRM etc.

·      Experience with software development methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile)

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (Master's degree preferred)

·      Understanding of IT infrastructure

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·      Willingness to travel as needed
