Business Analyst - Product

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business goals and product development. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and help shape product features that deliver measurable impact.

This is a hands -on role for someone who enjoys problem -solving, structured thinking, and turning business needs into actionable product insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product managers and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  

• Analyze customer needs, business processes, and workflows to recommend product improvements.
  

• Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
  

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure clear understanding of product features.
  

• Support product releases by validating features, conducting UAT, and documenting outcomes.
  

• Leverage data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  

• Act as a liaison between business, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  

• Maintain and update product documentation, release notes, and change logs.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a product or IT/ Gaming organization.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile software development practices.
  

• Experience in writing clear user stories and functional requirements.
  

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
  

• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  

• Ability to work with cross -functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS or product -based environments.
  

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  

• Exposure to product analytics or data visualization tools.
