Role Overview

The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions across real estate operations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements, develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and support the implementation and integration of ERP and CRM systems.

The incumbent will act as a bridge between business teams and technology teams to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  Conduct workshops and discussions with internal teams to understand operational needs and challenges.

  Translate business requirements into functional and system specifications.

  
  

BRD & Documentation

• 
  

  Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and system requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper version control and documentation standards.

  
  

Process Mapping & Improvement

• 
  

  Analyse existing business processes and develop process maps and workflows.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  
  

System Implementation & Integration

• 
  

  Support implementation of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems used across real estate operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with IT teams and external vendors during system development, configuration, and deployment.

  
  


• 
  

  Facilitate ERP/CRM integration with business processes and other systems.

  
  

Stakeholder Management

• 
  

  Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation phases.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/PMI-PBA) or related certifications is an advantage.

  
  

Experience Required

• 
  

  5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience in the real estate / construction industry is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM implementations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience in BRD preparation, process mapping, and requirement documentation.
