They work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve optimal solution.Responsibilities: Work closely with key stakeholders, including directly with customersRequirement gathering, functional requirement documentation, configuration and solution designUnderstanding of change management, including documenting solution design and impact assessmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices inCRM development and implementation.Basic configuration of Salesforce CRM - adding fields, opportunity, lead process, reports and dashboards, object and permission, users - no coding experience requiredEnsure and maintain quality of the business requirements and project solutions.Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field3+years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional consultantCertification in CRM platforms : Salesforce.com administrator certification a strong plusExperience configuring production Salesforce CRM (both sales and service cloud) orgsFamiliar with Project management skills such as Agile/Scrum environmentStrong problem-solving skills to address issues related to configurations, custom code, and integrationsAn analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Strong communication and leadership abilities
