Business Analyst - Virendra Swarup College

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to act as a bridge between clients and the technical/implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients
  




• Understand existing business processes and suggest process improvements
  




• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and workflows
  




• Coordinate with Zoho implementation and development teams
  




• Support implementation, testing, and UAT activities
  




• Ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations and business needs
  




• Provide client training and post-implementation support when required
  




• Maintain clear documentation and reports for all projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  




• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (SaaS/IT preferred) (If any)
  




• Experience with Zoho or similar business software is an advantage (If any )
