Business Analyst with QA

The Business Analyst will serve
as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring that
technology solutions align with business needs. This role involves gathering
requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the development and
implementation of IT systems and solutions.

Gathering & Analysis:

○ Collaborate with business
units to understand their processes and technology needs.

○ Document functional and
non -functional requirements.

○ Conduct gap analysis and
feasibility studies.

● Process
Improvement:

○ Identify opportunities for
process optimization and automation.

○ Recommend IT solutions to
enhance operational efficiency.

● Project
Coordination:

○ Assist in planning and
execution of IT projects.

○ Coordinate with developers,
testers, and other stakeholders.

○ Track project progress and
report status to management.

● Documentation
& Reporting:

○ Prepare business requirement
documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories.

○ Maintain system documentation
and user manuals.

○ Generate reports and
dashboards for performance tracking.

● Stakeholder
Communication:

○ Act as a bridge between
technical teams and business users.

○ Facilitate meetings,
workshops, and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT,
Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

● 3–5 years of experience as a
Business Analyst in IT or related domain.

● Strong analytical and
problem -solving skills.

● Proficiency in tools like MS
Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and ERP systems.

● Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and
Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:

● CBAP (Certified Business
Analysis Professional)

● PMI -PBA (Professional in
Business Analysis)

● Agile/Scrum certifications
