Business Analyst Zoho Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in Zoho Analytics to join our impact-driven team. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor and a passion for using data to strengthen decision-making in the social development sector. You will be responsible for designing dashboards, analyzing program performance, and helping leadership and partners draw insights that lead to measurable social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with program teams, field staff, and leadership to gather data requirements.
  
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics.
  
• Perform data modeling, validation, and ensure data accuracy across projects.
  
• Conduct impact and performance analysis to support monitoring & evaluation (M&E).
  
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
  
• Support reporting and presentations with high-quality data visualizations.
  
• Develop documentation for processes, workflows, and analytics best practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
  
• 3–4 years of experience in business analysis / data analytics
  
• Proven expertise in Zoho Analytics, with knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and visualization.
  
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently, with accountability for deliverables.
  
• Candidate must have their own laptop
  

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 3-4

Probation period: 3 months
