Job Description - Business Analyst&Process Manager


  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
  • Gather and document business requirements from different departments and stakeholders.
  • Prepare process flowcharts, SOPs, reports, and business documentation.
  • Coordinate with management and teams to implement process improvements and operational strategies.
  • Monitor daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Identify operational risks, process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
