Job Description - Business Analyst&Process Manager

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost control.

Gather and document business requirements from different departments and stakeholders.

Prepare process flowcharts, SOPs, reports, and business documentation.

Coordinate with management and teams to implement process improvements and operational strategies.

Monitor daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare MIS reports for management review.

Identify operational risks, process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and business planning.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
