Project Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful integration of business processes and technology. Your typical day may involve collaborating with team members to document integration strategies, analyzing data flows, and ensuring that all project phases align with business objectives. You will work closely with architects and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and operations.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting integration strategies and data flows to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights that enhance project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Personal Insurance.
- Strong understanding of integration strategies and data flow documentation.
- Experience with project lifecycle management, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Insurance.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
