As a ServiceNow Solution Analyst, the purpose of this role is bridge business needs and technology by working closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design impactful solutions. Analyze business requirements, shape functional solutions, support delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement across our ServiceNow initiatives.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and analyzing business requirements.
  
• Translating business needs into functional solution designs.
  
• Supporting solution delivery from analysis through implementation.
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple business domains.
  
• Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the evolution of our ServiceNow platform.
  

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have an overall 10+ years of IT experience 
  
• Have atleast 3+ years experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar business analysis role.
  
• Are eager to learn ServiceNow and build expertise on the platform.
  
• Are committed to investing their own time in learning and obtaining ServiceNow certifications.
  
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Have a growth mindset and are excited to contribute to a rapidly expanding platform.
