Job Purpose  
The BDA is responsible for acquiring new clients, driving brokerage revenue, 
and building long-term client relationships by offering suitable trading and investment solutions.
The role contributes directly to business growth through client acquisition, revenue generation, and cross-selling of financial products. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
• Acquire new clients for Trading and Demat accounts through active prospecting 
• Generate revenue through brokerage and investment product sales 
• Cross-sell equity, derivatives, and advanced brokerage products based on client needs 
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Retail and HNI clients 
• Understand client profiles and recommend appropriate investment/trading solutions 
• Achieve assigned client acquisition and revenue targets 
• Maintain accurate client and sales records as per company process 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery 
 
        Skills & Competencies Required 

• Strong understanding of stock market and securities industry


• Basic knowledge of equity, derivatives, and investment products


• Familiarity with sales processes and client acquisition


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Target-driven with a strong go-getter attitude


• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills
