Business Development Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate with experience in international sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue through US, UK, and global markets, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across US, UK, and international markets.
  
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline.
  
• Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and decision-makers.
  
• Conduct client calls, presentations, product discussions, and follow-ups.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  
• Achieve defined sales and revenue targets through effective business development strategies.
  
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
  
• Research market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
  

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / International Sales.
  
• Hands-on experience in US Sales, UK Sales, or Global Sales.
  
• Proven experience in revenue generation and target achievement.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on business growth.
