Job Profile :   Associate Lead Generation/Business Development

: Lead Generation/Business Development

We are hiring high-energy Lead Generation  professionals with strong communication and presentation skills, sound market awareness, and strong research aptitude to join the Business team.

You will be responsible for end to end sales/BD process which involves Lead generation, Cold Calling, Prospecting, Meeting with Clients and Lead the full sales cycle from initial client engagement to closed contract.

Responsibilities:

  • To build prospect list & company profiles
  • Be responsible for end to end sales/BD process which involves; Lead generation, Cold Calling, Prospecting, Meeting with Clients and Lead the full sales cycle from initial client engagement to closed contract.
  • Should be able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via research, cold calling, email campaigns and any marketing activities. 
  • Assess and analyse prospects, current process and requirements.
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options.
  • Draft and deliver client proposals, coordinate internal and client discussions and facilitate / advance contract discussions and negotiations.
  • Grow relationships with targeted Bask HRs Client(s) and prospects (new logos) through consultative engagement and sales of new solutions/capabilities.
  • Make presentations to senior leaders and decision-makers in pursuit of growing business partnerships and advancing sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding in Inside Sales and Lead Generation (B2B).
  • Basic understanding in managing end to end sales/BD process from lead generation to Contract Closure (Business Development in Recruitment domain preferred).
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must
