About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, guide them toward suitable solutions, and help them make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.


• Understand customer needs, career goals, or business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.


• Build strong relationships with prospective customers through consultative selling.


• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.


• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.


• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales opportunities.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar roles.


• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering graduates preferred but not mandatory).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Passion for sales and target achievement.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.


• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (such as LeadSquared or similar platforms) is preferred.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in EdTech, IT Services, SaaS, or Technology products.


• Experience handling high-value sales opportunities.


• Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies.


• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence customer decisions.


• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
