Job Description - Business Development Associate (Gov SI)





  • Acting as the point of contact between the Sales Team/Consultants and Organisation



  • Organizing meetings with Vendors/OEMs/Consultants/Partners and maintaining a track



  • Handling correspondence directed to managers



  • Communicating with travel desk to make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries



  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently



  • Producing reports and presentations



  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems



  • Managing day to day CRM activities



  • Desired Background



  • Graduate, Engineering, Business Management or related discipline.



  • 0-2 years of experience in similar role



Requirements




  • Verbal and written communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.



  • Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple priorities and competing work demands.



  • Self learning and development



  • Microsoft Office



  • Presentation preparation



  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.



  • Team Player



  • Commercial awareness



  • Good numerical skills



  • Attention to detail



  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM will be preferred
