Business Development Excutives

Job Description

·         Candidates should have
with a minimum of 2 years of local market knowledge and beauty/cosmetic
experience.

·         Position is based out of
the Retailer store and involve sales and customer meetings in the local area.

·         Generate potential
leads, through Market visit from the align beat, personal references/data
provided.

·         Visit the targeted
customers (Distributers, Retailers, Vendors), for Product briefing,
Visualization, product sampling and offerings etc.

·         Drive new initiatives
for retailers and distributers associated with Nykaa Super store.

·         Drive focus products
initiatives as per requirements till closures.

·         Update & report
monthly sales numbers & initiatives

Requirements & Compensation.

·         Graduation should be
completed.

·         Upto 1 year of sales
experience into relevant domain.

·         Should be based out of
requirement city and preferably in the vicinity of the store.

·         Fluent in Local language
and understanding of English.

·         Personal bike is
preferred.
