Job Description - Business Development Executive

We are hiring for a Toys Industry Company that sells superhero and pop culture collectibles online. They bring action figures, statues, and merchandise from famous brands like Marvel, DC, and Harry Potter to fans in India. The company values innovation, teamwork, and passion for pop culture.

Job Title: B2B - Business development Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Time : 10 am to 6:30 pm, Every alternate Saturday Off
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for sales and customer service? Join a leading pop culture and collectibles company as a B2B Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this exciting role, youll build relationships with key clients, drive sales, and help bring iconic superhero and entertainment merchandise to fans across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential sales partners, pitch products, and negotiate commercial agreements.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with trade partners and retail customers.

  • Support the growth of the wholesale division by preparing sales proposals and tracking activities.

  • Drive sales through lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, with knowledge of sales processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
