The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities in the Agritech sector, building strong client relationships, and driving the company's sales and partnerships. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
• Support in the development of business strategies and expansion plans.
• Track and report on performance metrics to meet growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, agriculture, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in Agritech or related industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
