Job description
Build and nurture relationships with key clients through regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and client success initiatives.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding client operational needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Untapped Market
Sales & Business Development
Collaborate with sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to identify growth opportunities by identifying and developing new industry and applications.
Conduct product trials, technical assessments, and ROI analyses to align solutions with client needs. Share insights with R&D and marketing teams to refine product offerings and messaging
