Eclick Softwares and solutions is looking for Business Development Executive

A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves research, lead generation, client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiating deals to expand the company's customer base and market presence.

Experience - 1 year to 5 year

Salary - 15,000 to 30,000

Location - Kolkata/Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional networks.

• Provide feedback on customer trends, market conditions, and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT Industry

• Knowledge of market trends and industry regulations.
