Job Description - Business Development Executive

  • 2 to 4 years in IT sales, business development, or a related role. 
  • Proven experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms. 
  • Strong ability to generate quality leads using various methods such as outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage sales opportunities.
  • A strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
