We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in system integration companies, particularly in hardware and software sales. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, and other enterprise sectors.
Client Engagement & Solution Showcasing
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
Networking & Relationship Building
Leverage existing professional networks and build new industry connections to generate qualified leads.
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Work with cross-functional teams and, where required, mentor junior BD members to drive revenue growth.
Market Insight & Reporting
Track pipeline, conduct competitor analysis, and share market insights to support business strategy.
Event Participation & Brand Visibility
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen presence and visibility.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B hardware/software sales.
Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities with long-term relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
