Job Description - Business Development Executive

A Business Development Executive helps a company grow by finding new customers, building relationships, and increasing sales. They identify business opportunities, contact potential clients, and promote the company’s products or services.

⚙ Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, or meetings.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

• Explain company products or services clearly to customers.

• Meet sales targets and prepare daily or weekly reports.

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams.

• Follow up with clients for feedback and payments.

• Attend meetings, training, and presentations.

🧠 Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Confidence and positive attitude.

• Basic computer and email knowledge.

• Ability to convince customers.

• Time management and teamwork skills.

🎓 Qualification:

• Any Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA, or related field preferred).

• Freshers or candidates with sales/marketing experience can apply.

💰 Salary Range:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (varies by company and experience).
